Your Qualifications

  • Several years of management experience in the field of development
  • Structured and independent approach to work, high level of commitment
  • Strong project management and problem solving skills
  • High target and practical orientation
  • Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken
  • Sound knowledge of software and hardware development is an advantage
  • Willingness to acquire technical knowledge and industry specifics is a prerequisite

Job Description

  • Head of the development department with approx. 20 employees in the areas of hardware development of inspection devices, development and optimization of measuring systems as well as the development of firmware and application software
  • Planning and coordination of development activities
  • Further development of the development processes
  • Utilization and further development of quality assurance measures
  • Personnel management and development of the department
  • Supporting communication horizontally (between departments) and vertically (own employees/teams, management)
  • Occasional travel activities
