Our goal is to provide our apprentices with the tools for their professional and private future. In addition to learning the specialized knowledge for their chosen profession, this also includes acquiring social skills. For this to succeed, everyone in the company has to do his bit.
Our three guiding principles – “Apprenticeship at eye level”, “Taking responsibility” and “Work-life balance” – provide the guidelines and serve as a point of reference for everyone involved.

Apprenticeship in Germany
Our vocational training programs follow the German dual education system, which includes school-based instruction conducted entirely in German. Therefore, excellent German language skills are essential.
If you are interested in pursuing an apprenticeship with us, you must provide proof of the required language proficiency. Detailed information about available training opportunities is provided on our German-language website.

Internship at 3P Services
Interested in an internship at 3P Services? It doesn’t matter whether you want to do an internship with us for a few days, a few weeks or even for a longer period.
As an intern, you get to know the company from the inside.
How do you communicate within the team and with other departments? What does the daily workflow look like? What specific tasks have to be done? Where are the challenges? What knowledge and skills do you need for this? You can find out all this when you do an internship with us. You will be involved in the processes, you will be given various tasks that you may already be able to do on your own or with the help of your colleagues. And finally, it gives you and us the opportunity to get to know each other personally.
